The City of Calera and Calera Main Street are proud to present a special Semiquincentennial Independence Day Celebration honoring our nation’s history and the spirit of community on Friday, July 3, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at The Calera Courtyard .

The celebration will feature an evening full of family-friendly entertainment, including live music from the band Twelve, a large selection of food trucks, local vendors, and activities for all ages.

A special ceremony honoring our local veterans will begin at 8:15 p.m. as we recognize the men and women who have served and sacrificed in defense of our freedom.

The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display at 9:00 p.m. that is sure to be a memorable highlight for the entire community.

Residents and visitors are invited to gather with friends and family, support local vendors, and celebrate this historic milestone together.
